Who We Are
We are Brothers. We are Bikers. We come from all walks of life and every profession. We Ride, we party, we laugh, we grieve, we take care of our Brothers, Maidens, and families, and we still have time to take care of those in our communities that need our help. Chapters of The Iron Order MC host and participate in charity events for the good of their communities and for the good of individuals in need. If you read our guestbook, you’ll see countless entries of citizens, business owners, and supporters who have witnessed the generosity and giving of time the IOMC has had a part in sharing. We are sometimes in the local news for these events and at other times, only the recipients know. We don’t do it for headlines – we do it because it’s the right thing to do.

The Iron Order History
The Iron Order Motorcycle Club originated in Jeffersonville, IN on July 4, 2004 by 8 men seeking a Brotherhood that only a Motorcycle Club can provide. These bikers came from different backgrounds and walks of life. They had a desire to share Brotherhood and socialize together as a group of men sharing a like mindset with the iron resolve to have a club of their own that would be under no one’s control or direction. It is fitting that our club anniversary is celebrated on the same day as our great country’s Independence Day.

Iron Order Maidens
The Iron Order Maidens are the “better halves” of the Brothers of the Iron Order MC. These are women that wish to be a part of the IO Nation in support of their respective chapters. The IOMC is a traditional MC’s which means only men can pursue entrance as a full patched member. The Iron Order Maidens have patches of their own which they wear proudly as maidens. The amazing women of the IO Nation help with club events, charity work, and raising money for the local chapter. As much as they enjoy helping the club and community, they love gathering together at events and parties to enjoy their Maidens.
